Apple iPhone OS 4 Event Announced, April 8th

Apple announced Monday that on April 8, would introduce iPhone OS 4.0 software, just five days after the company introduced the iPad. The company began sent out media invitations indicating an event with the tagline, “Get a sneak peak into the future of iPhone OS.”. It will take place on the Apple campus at 10 a.m. Pacific time, Thursday.

The invitation’s graphic includes the shadow of a “4,” implying that the company will be unveiling iPhone OS 4.

According to AppleInSider, The iPhone OS 4 will have a multitasking via Expose-like interface.
