
Garmin has announced the Edge 800 GPS for cyclists. The device comes with a 2.6-inch touchscreen display, some all new mapping options including Garmin’s BaseCamp route planning and BirdsEye satellite imagery make it perfect for training, touring and riding on the trail.
The Garmin Edge 800 boasts a high-sensitivity GPS receiver with HotFix technology, which provides quickly acquires and maintains satellite reception, and support for a wide range of heart rate monitors, cadence sensors and other ANT+ devices.
The device will available in October and cost from $449 – $649 (depending on the bundle).
